Lent begins on February 18. Our Lenten Study this year is “An Unlikely Lent: Extraordinary People of the Easter Story” by Rachel Billups. The Easter story was witnessed by a crowd of men and women. What might their stories teach us today? Pastor Matt will lead a study looking through the eyes of those side characters so that we may walk through the Lenten season with eyes wide open, ready to see where God is moving, even in the margins.
The class will be at 6:30 p.m. on Thursdays for 5 weeks: February 26 – March 26 in Room 4. If you are interested, there is a sign-up sheet on the cookie table in Fellowship Hall or you may contact the Church Office to sign up.
